The image of the city (February 2020)

For this assignment, each student was assigned a part of London to explore and create 30 illustrations based off of the fashion in that area. I was fortunate enough to explore East London and all the energy that came with it. I enjoyed studying the public instead of reading about what they prefer through research, I saw in action exactly what they were wearing in their day to day lives. I also loved playing around with the buildings and architecture of the city. All pieces are done on an A4 sized piece of mixed media paper and was done with acrylic, marker and watercolour.
